to-table food. Our focus is to provide our local community with fresh, organically grown, premium
gourmet and medicinal mushrooms.

With a background in horticultural research and alternative medicine, we differentiate ourselves from other farms in our market by focusing on organic, small batch farming practices. We do not use chemical fertilizers, Soy or GMO’s in any of our high quality organic substrates.
This attention to detail results in a nutritious, primum product that I am proud to feed to my family and yours. We aren’t just selling mushrooms, we are providing a “Mushroom Experience”.
